This service gives you the option to mail us your Apple headset (either an iPhone headset or an iPhone 3GS / iPod headset with volume control) for assembly onto the Future Sonics FS1 earbuds. You can also send in your UB7EB for a cable upgrade.
The process is simple and works like this:

Once we receive your headset, we can generally complete the work in 2-4 days.

We ship them back to you! You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Several domestic and international shipping options are available. Pricing will be shown during checkout.
The Future Sonics FS1 Earbuds
Future Sonics is not your typical electronics company, the guys behind these earbuds are true audiophiles and are driven by sound quality, not market share. Future Sonics makes ear monitors for some of the biggest names in music (U2, Daughtry, The Grateful Dead, The Police, etc..) so it goes without saying that they know what they're doing. They use a proprietery driver technology that you will not find on any other earbud out there - these are not just off the shelf earphone speakers stuck in a pretty package like what most companies are offering these days, these are all about giving you the best sonic performance possible. So how do they sound? The first thing you will notice is the unbelievably full and natural bass response. The sound seems to extend all the way down to 20Hz, which is unheard of for a canal earphone. Lack of bass is a the most common complaint with in-ear earphones, but trust us - Future Sonics has solved this problem. But these are not just about thumping bass, the sound is balanced, with mids and highs that are clear and precise. Unlike most earbuds, these have an unusual ability to keep the sound balanced even as you lower the volume. The silicon tips are very soft and we find the 'medium' size works well for most people. They isolate outside noise very nicely and stay put, even if you are active. We've compared them to dozens of high end earphones ranging from $50 - $500 and these are the best we've heard.
